Is Resort Vacation Promotions a travel agency or vacation provider?
No we are not a travel agency or vacation provider. We are marketing professionals who specialize in promoting 4 and 5 star vacation resorts.
Do users of the resort premiums have to attend a vacation property tour?
Yes . All 4- 5 Star resort vacations require a 90-120 minute tour of the resort at which they will be staying. However, they are under no obligation whatsoever to purchase anything. In return the vacationer gets the opportunity to stay at a beautiful luxury resort practically free.
What if we want to bring our children?
Hotels, travel companies, restaurants, and other establishments contract with marketing companies in order to provide these premium vacation incentives. They offer these in order to get people to use their services and see what they have to offer. This builds brand loyalty. For example, hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends so they market them at a discount rather than have them totally unoccupied. When hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it’s a waste of a good room. Although they have lost the retail price of the room regardless, they can still let you stay for freeor below wholesale in the hopes that you’ll stay longer, eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos, and take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). And when you leave after having had a great time, they hope that you’ll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends.
Are there any hidden charges or additional fees required to use the vacation incentives?
All resort premiums require no additional fees except for room taxes. Room taxes for the 4 and 5 star resort stay are approximately $50 or less. However the 3day 2night certificate that is included in the resort premium package have no demographic or resort tour requirements, so there is a small processing fee and the recipient is required to pay approximately $12 per night in room taxes upon check out. However, this certificate can also save the vacationer a considerable amount of money.
How are vacation packages and certificates delivered to the customer?
Resort incentives are delivered via electronically ready for immediate download and print out after your payment has been processed and confirmed. Or you may just store it on your computer until you are ready to make your reservations.
How do we make reservations when we decide on the date?
You just call the reservations toll free number located on your resort premium when you decide on your vacation dates.
Why should I purchase your resort incentives instead of a competitor?
RVP believes in putting the needs of our clients first. We are confident that the vacation incentives we offer can save you a considerable amount of money plan and simple. Unlike other similar vacation premium offers who charge additional fees you are only responsible for room taxes. Plus other similar resort vacation offers require you to book your reservations 60 days in advance with our resort premiums you can book your vacation 7 business days previous to your vacation dates. Other similar offers accommodate their vacationers at a 3 star hotel, but our offer allows them to stay at the same luxury vacation property they will be touring. The only black out dates are December and January.
What if I decide I want a refund?
Because our certificates are delivered electronically there is no refund. This is why we provide complete information about all of our digital products to you in advance. So we encourage you to have all your questions answered before making the decision to purchase.
